Steve Huddleston
Steve was born and raised in Nashville, TN and grew up around the Percy Priest Lake area. Later he moved to Franklin, TN. He attended McGavock High School and later studied Aerospace Administration and the Professional Pilot Program at Middle Tennessee State University. It is there he received his Private Pilot License and worked toward his Commercial and Instrument ratings. He studied Martial Arts since 1978 and became one of the Instructors at the Karate School of Nashville after earning his 1st Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate. He is a member of the IIKA. His love for horses led him into the Professional Rodeo while breaking Wild Mustangs with his brother for numerous people and The Bureau of Land Management Horse Adoption Agency. Steve became a Professional Bareback Bronc Rider for IPRA (International Professional Rodeo Association) and PRCA (Professional Rodeo Cowboys Association). In his off time he transported cattle during the week and followed the circuit on the weekends. He was also a Field Representative for Superior Livestock Auctions in the state of Tennessee. In 2007 he moved to Marshall County, Lewisburg, where he continued to haul/transport cattle to feed lots out west. He managed the farm where he lived for many years and it was then he met Tad Craig. Craig & Wheeler was the first real estate company to list the farm and get the buyer’s attention where others before tried and failed. Steve offered to show the farm to the first buyers. He did such a good job that he sold the place he had been living for 8 years, right out from under him with no place to go. It all worked out for the best. (lol) Tad complimented him on such a “good showing” and said if you ever get interested in selling real estate to give him a call, he would hire him. After studying and completing the courses required to become an Agent, here he is at Craig & Wheeler ready to list and sell.
