Scott Hall

(615)-542-4610

Growing up in Shelbyville, and living in Rutherford and Bedford Counties all of his adult life Scott certainly has a vast understanding of the area and the people that make it special.  After graduating from Shelbyville Central High School, Scott attended Maryville College where he played baseball and graduated with a Math for Teacher Licensure degree.  Following his career goals of teaching and coaching Scott returned to SCHS in 1999 where he taught math and was the head baseball coach for seven years.

After coaching at Central School in Shelbyville, Scott took on a ten year career as a college coach at Belmont and Middle Tennessee State Universities.  In those ten years as a college coach Scott recruited countless student athletes from all over the world to this area.  He prided himself in treating recruits and their families with respect and honesty.  Many of those former players and their families remain extremely close to Scott to this day.

After nearly two decades of coaching, Scott made a career decision that would allow him to be at home more with his family.  Scott is married to Jennifer Vannatta and they have two children, Preston and Piper.  Scott with his new found free time enjoys coaching Preston and his baseball team.  Scott also enjoys all things outdoors.

Middle Tennessee is the greatest place on earth.  Regardless if you grew up here, lived here a majority of your life, or are just moving to this area, it has so much to offer to everyone.  I have spent the past ten years selling a future in the area to prospective college students and their families and look forward to doing the same as a realtor in slightly a different way.  I have always enjoyed working with people and earning their trust for assistance.  I look forward to working with anyone with real estate needs.

Scott along with his family lives in southern Rutherford County.  Scott’s wife Jennifer, was born and raised in Bedford County and is currently a professor at Middle Tennessee State University.  Scott maintains his interest in baseball by being a part time scout with Atlanta Braves.  The family attends World Outreach Church in Murfreesboro where they have attended for the past 5 years.

You will find Scott to be a man that will work hard to gain your trust and genuinely wants a relationship with you that goes beyond any kind of real estate transaction.
