Being the same property conveyed to Sara Chapman Buntley by deed from Ben A. Womack, and wife Ada Womack, dated September 30th, 1965, as of record in Deed Book 97, Page 67, Register`s Office for Bedford County, Tennessee. Tax ID: 142-19.02 Current Owner of Property: Estate of Sara Chapman Buntley, W. Andrew Bobo, Esq., Administrator for the Estate the street address of the above described property is believed to be 122 Joe Joe Hart Road, Shelbyville, TN 37160 but such address is not part of the legal description of the property sold herein and in the event of any discrepancy, the legal description referenced herein shall control the above described property.
